Which models or devices can be insured with phone insurance?
We can insure any device purchased less than 12 months ago with valid proof of purchase. -
Can I insure my phone if I do not have a receipt?
Unfortunately not. You must be able to prove that the phone is less than 12 months old, and the only way to do that is with the receipt of purchase. -
Is there an excess policy for phone insurance?
Yes. An excess fee is required in the case of a successful claim and this must be paid prior to settling the claim. For mobile phones, an excess of €50 appies for damage or breakdown, or an excess of €75 applies for theft or loss.
